Course Payments

Congratulations on being selected to attend a Headstart course. To confirm your acceptance we need to receive the signed acceptance together with payment for the course.

Payment can be made in one of three ways:

By Cheque

Please send the cheque for the requested amount in sterling, together with the signed Acceptance Form to Headstart at The Weltech Centre, Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 2AA. Please state your name (that is, the name of the student attending the course) and your Reference Number (beginning PWEB), on the back of the cheque.

Online

Payment can be made online using a valid UK registered credit or debit card by selecting ‘Begin an online payment’ and following the instructions.

Before you begin an online payment please make sure you have your offer letter handy as you will need some of the information in the letter when making your payment.

Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Please also note that there is a £5 charge for paying online.

At the end of the online payment process you will be given a reference number - please make a note of this as you will need to enter it on to your acceptance form before sending it in.

Course funded by school or other organisation

If your course place is being funded by your school or another awarding body, you will need to attach a letter from them confirming this to your acceptance letter and return to us.
